Poduction Time/Shipping Methods
Delivery Times
Day 1–3 — Order Processing
Once you’ve placed your order, our team will spring into action.
Your items will be pulled and prepared for production.
If items are not in stock, we will order them from our supplier. This process can take 6–14 days before production begins.
Day 3–5 — Customization
Application of logos and any requested personalization.
Note: To improve the efficiency of production and shipping, please verify that all customization details are correct before submitting your order.
Day 5-7- Final Inspection and Packaging
Each order is carefully inspected for quality, accuracy, and proper customization before packaging.
Once verified, your items are securely packed and prepared for shipment.
Normal Shipping Transit Times
- Standard (UPS / USPS Priority): 2–5 business days (contiguous U.S.)
- Expedited (UPS 2nd Day / Next Day): 1–3 business days
- AK / HI / APO / FPO & U.S. Territories: Add 2–6 business days
Rush & Deadlines
- Rush Production: Available by request; surcharges may apply.
- Hard Deadlines (events / academies / ceremonies): Enter your in-hands date at checkout and email us — we’ll confirm feasibility in writing.
Holiday & Peak Season
- Peak periods (Aug–Sept) and federal holidays may extend production and transit times.
Order early to avoid delays.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Address changes can be made before dispatch — contact us immediately.
- Once shipped, delivery changes follow carrier rules and may incur additional fees.
- Lost or damaged packages are handled per carrier policy; please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns & Remakes (Custom Items)
- Custom-embroidered items are made to order and not returnable for buyer’s remorse or sizing.
- If there’s a workmanship or material defect, contact us within 7 days — we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
